About The Position

Autumn House East is looking for a hardworking, Full-Time Cook to add to our team! We are an in-house operated food service program with established menus and recipes and the flexibility to let staff shine through process and recipe improvement. Requirements

Prior Cook experience is required
Knowledge in cooking is a must
The ability to lead others in a positive way
To stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours
An eye for detail

Nice To Haves

Experience working in senior living facility preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Responsibilities

Cooks are the leads in the kitchen in the absence of the Chef.
Responsible for all staff completing their job in a timely fashion and correct.
Responsible for the closing cleanliness of the kitchen.
Responsible for meeting state and local regulations.
Knowledge in cooking is a must as we look to elevate the expectations of food service.
Compassion for elderly and a desire to improve their quality of life is the focus of this food service operation.
The ability to lead others in a positive way.
To stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours.
An eye for detail.
