This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! Responsible for cooking meals for our various restaurants on campus. We are currently seeking experienced cooks to work under the direction of our Executive Chef in preparing food items according to established standards.
Requirements
- High standard of cleanliness and safety awareness at all times.
- Experience in a large kitchen.
- Good understanding of DHEC kitchen regulations.
- Ability to execute basic cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, braising, baking etc.
- Team player, solution oriented with a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Food experience in high volume environments such as a hospital, nursing care facility, or school is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cooking meals for various restaurants on campus.
