Requirements
- Previous cooking experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work the 11a-7p shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Culinary certifications.
- Experience with large-scale food production.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
