Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work the 11a-7p shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Culinary certifications.
  • Experience with large-scale food production.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
