Requirements

Experience as a cook, preferably in an assisted living or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work without late nights.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a senior living or healthcare environment.
Culinary certifications.
Willingness to explore opportunities for advancement to Sous Chef or Manager of Dining Services.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals for assisted living residents.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Participate in menu planning and inventory management.
Collaborate with dining services team to ensure resident satisfaction.
