About The Position

Join our caregiving team at one of DaySpring Services Assisted Living homes. Become a vital part of our loving Assisted Living as a caregiver. Share your heart and serve older adults by providing compassionate assistance and care. Together, we make a meaningful difference by “Serving Older Adults with God’s Love”. The Lead Resident Life Partner serves as a key member of the DaySpring leadership team and provides both direct resident care and operational leadership within the residence. This position supports the Administrator and Resident Life Coordinator in ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, medication management, and daily operations. The Lead Resident Life Partner acts as the shift leader during assigned hours, providing guidance, coaching, and support to Resident Life Partners while fostering a resident-centered environment consistent with DaySpring's mission, values, and Christian philosophy of care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for serving older adults
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Positive work history
  • Read, understand, agree with, and sign our Statement of Faith.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required
  • CNA/MA preferred but not required
  • Med Tech experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities
