About The Position
Sodexo is looking for a Cook to join their dynamic team. This is a PART time position. The role offers a great team environment, work/life balance, and the opportunity to cook healthy and appealing menus for consumers. As part of the Union Master Schedule, all employees are required to work every other weekend. Open availability is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Must possess a Food Safety Certificate.
Nice To Haves
- Red Seal is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for the client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu.
- Prepare general food production, cooking, and serving.
- Follow various Sodexo programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.
