About The Position

Prepares And Serves Nutritious Food According To Prescribed Recipes And Procedures. • Follows Sanitation Guidelines As Set Forth By Departmental And Hospital Policies, As Well As Local And State Health Departments
• Serves Food In Accordance With Established Diet Guidelines And Departmental Policies
• Uses And Maintains Foodservice Equipment, Observing Safety Standards As Outlined By Departmental Policies
• Follows Quality Management Procedures And Documents Records Accordingly
