As a Cook in the accommodation and food services industry, you will play a vital role in preparing and producing high-quality meals that meet the standards and expectations of our guests. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as and moving objects within the kitchen environment. Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand recipes, safety instructions, and communicate with team members.
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Capability to follow directions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food production and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while managing time to meet service demands.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal preparation and service.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving objects, and climbing stairs as required.
