About The Position

Working with the Catering and Utilities Team Leader and multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver a safe, efficient food service and positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Bulk meal preparation and dietary catering experience
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Initiative, flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
• Sound judgement, discretion and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, plate and distribute meals
• Cater for dietary, nutritional and special meal requirements
• Order supplies and manage stock and bulk food requirements
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain food safety standards
• Support kitchen coordination and care teams
