About The Position

At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, the Cook is a Back of House Team Member on the HotLine, handling grill cooking and food preparation. The role helps deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. Cooks learn to handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers and help ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and served with a smile. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 or older in California).
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
• Availability for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts.
• Availability Monday through Friday and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and cook menu items on the HotLine, including grilling and food preparation.
• Handcraft Freddy’s Steakburgers.
• Ensure menu offerings are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
