Located in the lobby of Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection, with views over Civic Plaza, Dominion is a perfect destination for brunch, lunch, and dinner. The role of Second Cook reports directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chefs. The role involves preparations a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stock, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to kitchen protocol and standards. The Second Cook works closely with the First Cook and other team members to ensure Dominion Kitchen's policies and guest standards are consistently met. As part of Dominion Kitchen, the Second Cook will contribute to the positive and enthusiastic team environment who work together as a cohesive team with a focus on excellence in all that we do.
