This is a summer position for a Cook in the Summer Food Program. The role involves preparing and serving nutritious meals, maintaining sanitation standards, managing inventory, and working collaboratively with students and staff. The position is located in Cleveland and runs from July 6th to July 30th, with working hours of 5 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The cook is expected to ensure meals are prepared and served in a timely and attractive manner, following standardized recipes and food handling procedures. Record-keeping for inventory and orders is also a key responsibility.
