About The Position

Border Foods is hiring a Team Member to prepare and serve food, provide great customer service, and help keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Team Members represent the brand and contribute to a positive guest experience in a clean, safe restaurant. Evening and closing availability is sought; exact shifts vary by restaurant according to location needs. Duties may change, and this description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Availability to work evening and/or closing shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing great service to every guest.
• Reliability and willingness to help wherever the team needs you.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients.
• Assemble food orders and verify that orders are correct.
• Package products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Learn menu items and promotions.
• Greet customers in the restaurant.
• Take customer orders.
• Handle payments and thank customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment.
• Follow the stated priority sequence: safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.
