About The Position

As a Cook in the Employee Dining Room, you will fuel the Beau Rivage team by preparing delicious, rotating buffet selections that keep our employees energized and ready to deliver world-class service. From sizzling taco bars to hearty pasta stations, baked potato spreads, and fresh daily specials, you’ll bring variety, flavor, and creativity to every shift. In this fast-paced, team-focused environment, you’ll work behind the scenes for our most important guests—our employees—while showcasing your culinary skills in a space where quality and consistency matter every day. If you love cooking with variety, keeping menus exciting, and being part of the heartbeat of our operation, this is the kitchen for you.

Requirements

  • Meets the minimum age requirement of 18+ years of age

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in mass production cooking

Responsibilities

  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.
  • Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
