About The Position

As a Cook at Salt & Ivy, you will be the heartbeat behind Southern‑inspired comfort and coastal elegance. Located in the breathtaking atrium of Beau Rivage, Salt & Ivy blends the tranquil salt of the Gulf with lush, garden‑like ivy to create a true Southern outdoor oasis. Whether it's preparing a weekend brunch that has guests raving or backing up our signature dinner nights, your food will warm souls and create memorable guest moments.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18+ years of age
  • Preferably has 1+ years of experience in general culinary setting
  • Demonstrates flexibility to work varied shift, including weekends and holidays based on the business need

Responsibilities

  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.
  • Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
