About The Position

As a Team Member at Border Foods, you help serve guests and keep the restaurant running throughout morning and daytime hours. You prepare and package food, assemble and verify orders, assist customers with ordering and payment, and help maintain clean and safe work and dining environments. Team Members represent the brand, provide great service, and work wherever the team needs support. Exact shifts vary by restaurant based on each location’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients.
• Assemble food orders and check that orders are correct.
• Package products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Know menu items and promotions.
• Greet customers in the restaurant.
• Take customer orders.
• Handle payments and thank customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment.
• Follow the priority sequence of safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.
