From national brands to local concepts, you’ll prepare, cook, and present food with precision, consistency, and pride. Your work directly impacts the guest experience, making every plate count.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required by state
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in high-heat environments and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and brand standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
  • Properly store, label, and rotate food items
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and prep planning
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapt to high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support overall kitchen operations and assist where needed
