About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards. The Cook will ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet company expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations, including sanitation, food safety, and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age (State Minor Laws Supersede).
• One plus years of recent kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• Familiarity with CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler Certificate.
• Prior experience working in a restaurant or retail environment.
