About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking part-time Cooks to join the culinary team at 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Cooks prepare food for guest orders and communicate with serving team members. The culinary team values innovation, teamwork, and culinary excellence. Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, it operates Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and hosts special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service position.
- Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
- No high school diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures; maintain proper food temperatures and storage, ensure menu-item freshness and quality, and package products to specifications.
- Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Follow waste-control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
- Perform opening, closing, side-work duties, and end-of-day inventory.
