About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for its culinary team. Requirements

2+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
Proficiency in English
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards.
Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages.
Contribute positively to a fast‑paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
Manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness.
Prepare consistent, high‑quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards.
Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines.
Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment.
Assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction.
Label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies.
Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests.
Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership.
