Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with established policies and procedures. This role is part of the Food Services department and reports to the Dietary Manager or Administrator/Executive Director. The Cook is responsible for preparing meals, working with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services, and ensuring food procedures are followed. Administrative duties include completing necessary forms and reports.
