As a Cook at the Marriott Colorado Springs, you will be responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes across our Restaurant and Dining Outlet, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquet operations. You will maintain, set up, and execute food production and quality control across multiple stations including broiler, saute, grill, and others as needed, and you will uphold the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards that define a professional kitchen operation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable working at a high level of efficiency and quality during service, who takes ownership of their station from setup to breakdown, and who brings a positive, team-first attitude to every interaction with guests and fellow associates. You will be working across multiple outlets and functions depending on the needs of the operation, which means flexibility and a willingness to step in wherever you are needed are essential parts of the job.
