About The Position
Quail Park Memory Care of West Seattle is searching for a Cook to join their premiere senior living community. The Cook will follow recipes to produce meals that are fresh, healthy, attractive, and delicious, ensuring all food is scrumptious and safe. Responsibilities include keeping kitchens neat and sanitary, and food within prescribed health standards. As a member of the Signature Dining team, the Cook will contribute to a tasty and enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year applicable food service experience.
- Must have a strong commitment to customer service and desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Must be able to read, comprehend, write and speak English to interpret menus and recipes and to communicate effectively with residents, families, other team members and vendors.
- Must meet all health-related and food handling requirements pertaining to local and state regulatory agencies.
- Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials.
- Must maintain current Food Handlers credentials.
- Subject to pre-employment screening including physical, drug and TB testing and criminal background check.

- Previous experience in both restaurant and senior living settings preferred.
