About The Position
Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in the kitchen preparation area in accordance with established recipes. May be assigned to any of the various kitchens in the hotel. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook’s apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred.
