Nice To Haves

3 to 5 years Cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for customers from point of sale printers.
Ensure food has proper presentation and is cooked to proper temperatures as described in the Cooks Recipe Manual.
Ensure an environment in which high standards of food quality exist for our guest.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness when preparing meals for guest.
Responsible for maintaining stock, preparing raw foods, and conducting shift inventory.
Prepare food for buffets per standards.
Maintain kitchen sanitation as required by local health departments.
Ensure a sense of urgency with all task.
Perform all opening and closing side duties.
Assist the Chef with all other duties assigned and banquets.
Speak to every employee and guest you come in contact with.
Exemplify the Forbes Hamilton Standards of Excellence.
From time to time you may be asked to assist with other duties such as Dish Washer when business levels warrant.
