About The Position

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking passionate Cooks to create memories with our Kupuna by preparing, cooking, and serving delicious nutritional meals. This role supports all activities in the department, including kitchen and dining areas, and is responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service provided, and compliance with special diets for our Kupuna. The position also involves breaking down and sanitizing food service locations and equipment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.
• Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritional meals.
• Support all activities in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure the quality of meals served and service provided.
• Comply with special diets for Kupuna.
• Break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment.
