About The Position
Ohana Pacific Health is seeking passionate Culinary/Cook Assistants to create memories with our Kupuna by preparing, cooking, and serving delicious nutritional meals. We are Hawaii's largest, locally owned post-acute healthcare company, dedicated to transforming healthcare through the "Ohana Experience." This role supports all activities in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring the quality of meals served, service provided, and compliance with special diets.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Food Service or working with Kupuna.
Responsibilities
- Set up, wash dishes, and collect food trays for guests as needed.
- Support all activities in the department including kitchen and dining areas under the direction of the Culinary Director.
- Responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service provided, and compliance with special diets for Kupuna.
