We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our Bistro A.M. team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food orders for breakfast, maintaining knowledge of menu offerings, and ensuring excellent guest service. You will also handle guest interactions, process payments, maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar areas, manage inventory, and prepare a variety of beverages. A strong understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and liquor regulations is essential. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
