Where you will work - Cantina Del Rio On the corner of Gruene Road and Guadalupe River, Cantina del Rio is just a couple of doors down from Gruene Hall. In business since 2010, the come-as-you-are local favorite is situated in a bustling shady nook under the oak tree canopy. Serving the best margarita in New Braunfels (11 years in a row!) and right on the river, we are the go-to spot for everyone’s post-float taco fix or burger bite before a show at Gruene Hall.

Requirements

Must be 16 years old or older
Must have or be able to obtain a valid and current Food Handlers certification
Must be able to work at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and follow restaurant standards
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
Bake, grill, steam, and boil meat, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
