About The Position

Cooks are members of First Watch’s Back-of-the-House team, where they prepare quality food and take pride in each plate. Newly hired cooks train at a specific kitchen station based on their comfort level and skills. The role involves preparing breakfast, brunch, and lunch in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes and using fresh ingredients while maintaining food safety and a clean, organized work area. First Watch states that it has no night shifts.
