About The Position

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites is seeking a Cook to prepare and supervise food across all outlets, including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets. The ideal candidate will maintain kitchen efficiency, ensure high-quality dishes, and thrive under pressure with creativity and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences. This role requires a culinary professional who can lead with flavor and finesse.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements).
Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action.
A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions.
