Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Formalized food safety and sanitation training preferred.
- One (1) year of related experience with high volume cooking line food preparation in a full service establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepares food items as assigned for patients and guest, cafeteria, physicians’ dining room, and catering
- Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in the kitchen in order to meet established health and sanitation standards
- Ensures all food is handled and stored properly
- Operates all food service equipment according to manufacturers’ directions
- Reports equipment problems to Manager
