About The Position
The Cook will support the Lead Cook in daily cooking operations. The Cook is responsible to ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared plus presented with excellence. Requirements
- Culinary degree or related experience.
- Experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook or Sauté Cook.
- Skill and experience with Hotel, Country Club and/or Restaurant menus.
- ServSafe certified, able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
- Flu vaccine required during flu season.
Nice To Haves
- Ala Carte Dining Experience preferred.
