About The Position

First Watch cooks work on the Back-of-the-House team, preparing high-quality, safe food in a fast-paced kitchen. New cooks train at a specific station based on their comfort level and natural skills; prior mastery of every cooking task is not required. Cooks follow the company's recipes, use fresh ingredients, and maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station. The role emphasizes teamwork and delivering a quality breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. First Watch is a daytime dining concept serving made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Its menu is chef-driven and changes multiple times per year.
