About The Position

Would you like to work under and learn from the Number 3 ranked Chef in the Greater Cincinnati Area per the Cincinnati Enquirer. Our Cooks work with recipes in our scratch kitchen which have been created by our extremely talented culinary team. Work with our Chef to a produce beautiful and delicious product which inspires guests to return again and again. Cooks work together as a team to achieve successful service throughout a shift and are encouraged to showcase their skills. You would work in a fast moving and extremely busy environment where you are given authority over what you do. A very competitive salary and parking allowance are provided.

Responsibilities

Set-up and stock stations with all tools, products, and supplies necessary to prepare menu items with the team on the line.
Follow prep list, recipes, and in-service instruction provided by Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.
Ensure dishes come out of the kitchen in a timely, efficient manner upholding standards related to presentation and quality. If it is not correct, we do not sell it.
