Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and best practices
  • Strong culinary foundation including knife skills, cooking techniques, and scratch preparation

Nice To Haves

  • Fine dining experience preferred, with a strong eye for presentation and detail
  • Experience in restaurant or catering environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation while upholding top food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely service during high-volume periods
  • Monitor inventory levels and support ordering to keep the kitchen running seamlessly
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards with professionalism and accountability
