About The Position

As a Cook at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You'll work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen while following food safety standards and helping every order leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
Operate kitchen equipment safely
Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
Support your team wherever needed
Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
Complete all required training
Successfully complete required certifications
Continue learning and developing your skills
