Cook 6:00am-2:00pm - Temporary Position (Kindred Place at Annville)
About The Position
Kindred Place at Annville is seeking a reliable Cook for a temporary, three-month assignment in its independent-living retirement apartment community. Qualified candidates may be considered for future openings based on community needs. The position is scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and reports to the Director of Dining Services. The successful candidate will prepare meals for large groups, adapt to varied situations, maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, and respect residents by listening to and accommodating their preferences and desires whenever possible. The role requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to supporting seniors. The schedule includes working every other weekend; weekend shifts receive an additional $2.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Experience preparing meals for large groups.
