About The Position

Symphony Care Network is seeking Caregivers / Guest Assistance team members to support residents and work with a hardworking, dedicated team. The role involves participating in nursing reports and documenting care electronically, assisting residents with personal care and mobility, and observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. No experience is necessary; applicants from all industries are encouraged to apply. The position is listed as full- or part-time, with day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• One year of assisted living experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily nursing reports and complete daily electronic documentation.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transportation.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and make independent decisions when warranted.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
