Our company is seeking full-time Dietary Cook to join our team of exceptional caregivers. Requirements
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to supervisor or nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience preferred but not necessary.
- One-year institutional food service experience as a cook preferred.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking family style meals for residents of skilled nursing facility.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of non-supervisory employees in the absence of the Dietary Manager.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
