About The Position
Cook needed for school food service in the Hamburg, NJ area. This is a part-time, day shift position, working 4 to 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Enjoy summers off with no weekend or holiday work required.
Requirements
- Cooking experience is required
- Able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools
Nice To Haves
- K-12 experience is a plus
- ServSafe® certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold meals
- Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines
- Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures
- Use of personal protective equipment at all times
- Stocking
