Requirements
- Previous cooking, food preparation, or restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High School Diploma | GED Required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
- Assist with prepping ingredients and stocking workstations.
- Monitor food quality and report shortages or quality concerns to management.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
