About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a candidates to join our dynamic Banquets culinary team as a Cook in our Riverview cafe'. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Riverview Cafe' cook is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for our staff cafeteria in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our culinary team to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • One to two years’ experience working in culinary preferred
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

  • preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and break food items for our staff cafeteria in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
