About The Position
Greenwood Village South is a hospitality-driven, non-profit Life Plan Community offering a full continuum of care—from independent and assisted living to memory care, rehab services, and long-term care. Located on a beautiful 60-acre campus, it is home to over 750 residents and employees who thrive in a culture of care, compassion, and connection. The community is managed by Life Care Services, ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power (2019–2025). This role is for a full-time Cook working from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, including every other weekend, with potential for other shifts as needed. Responsibilities
- Prepare all food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
- Ensure food is at an acceptable temperature.
- Check daily events to ensure needs are met.
- Determines amount and type of food/supplies required for daily menus.
- Obtains supplies from storage areas for meal production.
- Maintains a clean working environment.
