About The Position
The Production Cook prepares large quantities of food according to recipes. The role requires proper knife skills, timely judgment and decision-making, and the ability to read and follow new recipes. The cook is expected to taste food and suggest adjustments as needed, with proper presentation of finished products as a priority. The shift varies.
