Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures.
Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation expectations consistently.
Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in airport or travel-related food service is a plus.
ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food is made with attention to quality, freshness, and safety.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout each shift.
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams to meet service goals.
Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance or food supply concerns to your Supervisor promptly.
Assist with daily opening and closing kitchen duties.
