About The Position

Brandywine Living is seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join their dining team. This Per Diem position offers the opportunity to showcase culinary skills and create memorable dining experiences for residents in a fun, safe, and caring environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and wants to be part of a winning team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one
• One year of job-related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items, and special diets
• Competent in organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell
• Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs using proper body mechanics

Nice To Haves

• Certified culinary degree preferred
