Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Ensures workstation has a proper level of par for daily menus
  • Season food according to recipes and Client needs
  • Operates various kitchen appliances such as a food processor, blender, oven, grill and stand mixer
  • Manages portions, arranges, and garnishes food
  • Performs banquet and kitchen line functions such as sautéing, grilling, preparing sauces, plating and more
  • Understands and complies with all sanitation, health, and safety standards
  • Reads, understands, and uses BEOs to create prep lists and then execute accordingly.
  • Sets up and breaks down station including cleaning of equipment and proper storage and labeling of unused products
