The Cook is directly responsible to the Dietary Supervisor and Site General Manager. This role involves coordinating the preparation of high-quality meals, cooking and plating according to approved menus and food service standards, and ensuring special diet and texture modifications are accommodated. The position also includes dishwashing and maintaining general cleanliness of food service areas.
