Under the direction of the Cook, assists in preparation of all foods required as per daily production schedules and catering events. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of food production areas, equipment and kitchen, as per the sanitation plan and signs off mandatory records of completed work. Employs Food Safe including Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), protocols in all areas of work and follows the food safety plan.
